Many arrive with pain or patterns that leave them feeling stuck, not because they are weak but because their body has taken on smart strategies of compensation. I guide people to see their bodies not as broken but as intelligent systems sending signals that deserve to be heard.

Hey, I’m Jess
I created Grounded Intention because I believe movement can be a path back to yourself.
I spent years pushing for perfection in movement and life, ignoring the signals my body was sending me until I burned out. Slowing down taught me that true change happens when we learn to listen, not when we force ourselves to push harder. Now, I guide others in reconnecting with their bodies and themselves, blending movement, somatics, and nervous system practices to support healing and resilience from the inside out.
